Dr. Magnus Hindersmann, LL.M.

Dr. Hindersmann is a proven expert in the areas of corporate law, inheritance law and tax law. Dr. Hindersmann has more than fifteen years of legal experience in these areas and a sound academic education, including a Master's degree in "Inheritance Law and Corporate Succession" from the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Münster. His specialization is underpinned by the relevant specialist qualifications: Dr. Hindersmann is a specialist lawyer for inheritance law, for commercial and corporate law and for tax law.

Dr. Hindersmann also takes on responsibility on a voluntary basis. He is a board member of the Osnabrücker Sportclub (one of the largest amateur sports clubs in Lower Saxony with over 7,000 members) and a board member of the Verein der Freunde des Steuerrechts e.V. (Association of Friends of Tax Law), which is close to Osnabrück College and University.
