Lawyer and tax consultant Alexander Morich is head of the tax law department at HBBN GmbH. Mr. Morich provides his legal services at HBBN DR. HINDERSMANN & PARTNER.
His practice focuses on tax structuring advice in the national and international arena, contract drafting and conducting extrajudicial and judicial appeal proceedings.
Mr. Morich has many years of experience as a proven expert in the areas of company formation, transformation and liquidation. He also specializes in issues relating to the secondment of employees and social security law.
